At we have focused our content on what we see as seven (7) key processes, that project teams will need a working knowledge of, in pretty much every project, in every sector; Scope Definition, Stakeholder Engagement, Schedule Development, Risk Management, Project Resourcing, Cost Management and Change Control.

Aligned to the best practice of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the International Project Management Association (IPMA), through their UK affiliate the “APM”, our focus is on the application and context of project delivery, and ultimately success.

This “Learning Path”, titled Project Essentials, is a collection of tools, tips and example workflows, that we believe have value in every project setting.

Pricing is per learner, for a standard 90 day period, from licence commencement.
